Workflows and Assets

This page covers how to save, share, and reuse your workflows.

Cloud auto-save

• Canvas changes are auto-saved.
• Header shows status (Saving, Saved, or save error).
• You do not need to click a manual save button.

Workflow defaults

In left toolbar Settings, you can define defaults for newly created Prompt nodes:

• default modality
• default capability/tier
• default parameters (aspect ratio, resolution, duration, etc.)

This is especially useful for long-running projects with a stable style.

Public, private, and clone

• Private: only you can access and edit.
• Public: visible in Explore and can be cloned.
• Clone: copy a public workflow into your own workspace.

Public views are typically read-only to protect the original version.

Batch generation and grouping

When Prompt batch size is x2 or x4:

• StoryFlow can auto-create a result group.
• Results are arranged for quick side-by-side comparison.
• You can drag nodes out of the group when needed.

Asset panel

Use the left asset panel to reuse media/text assets.

• manage image/video/audio/text assets
• reuse across workflows
• drag assets back to canvas to create input nodes quickly
