Your Prompt selector is the source of truth for your account.

Why do I see different models from someone else?

Model visibility depends on active routing configuration and account entitlement.

Why can’t some nodes connect?

Most often: type mismatch between handles (text/image/video/audio).

A run stays in processing. What should I check?

  1. Confirm prompt is not empty.
  2. Confirm required references are connected for that model.
  3. Confirm enough credits.
  4. Open node Info and check Job ID + error details.

What happens in batch mode?

With x2 or x4, StoryFlow creates multiple result nodes and can auto-group them.

Are workflows auto-saved?

Yes. Changes are auto-saved to cloud and save state is visible in the header.

Can I still edit a public workflow?

Public links are typically read-only. You can switch back to private or clone and edit the clone.

How should I understand Veo reference/extend modes?

  • Reference mode: drive output direction using reference images.
  • Extend mode: continue from an existing input video.

Use generationMode in the node as the final authority.

Where can I check credits?

In editor header, next to the credits icon. Use history to inspect credit changes.
